DELIVERY IN BELGIUM

All orders are processed as soon as payment is received. For receipt of your parcel in Belgium, La demeure de Noémie offers you various solutions:

Standard delivery by Bpost (the Belgian postal service).

This method of dispatch is very quick and safe and guarantees that you promptly avail yourself of your order.
Delivery is made to the address of your choice (Monday to Friday) within 24 to 72 hours for stock products. Your parcel is signed for upon delivery.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, there is no cause for concern. A notice of attempted delivery is left in your letterbox. On simple request you can either have the deliveryman come by again or you can go and collect your parcel at the Bpack@Bpost point that is nearest to your delivery address.
In the event of non-collection within the periods granted by the haulier, the products will be returned to La Demeure De Noémie which reserves the right to refund the price of the products, with carriage costs remaining payable by the customer.

Or delivery by “Mondial Relay”

With Mondial Relay, you collect the parcel at a Relay Point of your choice!
As soon as the parcel is available, the customer is notified by text message or e-mail. A rigorous tracking service gives the customer the possibility of tracking his order. All he has to do is log onto the Mondial Relay website, and in a single click he can find out where his parcel is. (Within 48 to 96 hours)

DELIVERY AT THE BPACK@BPOST POINT

Your parcel is delivered directly to one of the 1,250 Post points in Belgium within three days.

You are sent a confirmation text message to let you know that your parcel has arrived at the Bpack@Bpost point of your choice. You have to sign for your parcel when you pick it up. By choosing this delivery method you benefit from the long opening hours (the points are also open at the weekend).

DELIVERY IN ANOTHER COUNTRY

If you want to receive your parcel in another country, La Demeure De Noémie offers you the following delivery options:

Via international business taxi post. You have your parcel delivered at the address of your choice in a period of two to three working days in countries bordering Belgium for stock products.
Your parcel is delivered to you and you have to sign for it. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, there is no cause for concern. A notice of attempted delivery is left in your letterbox. On simple request you can either have the deliveryman come by again or you can go and collect your parcel at the postal services collection point nearest to your delivery address.

As soon as the parcel is available the customer is notified by text message or e-mail. A rigorous tracking service gives the customer the possibility of tracking his order. All he has to do is log onto the Mondial Relay website, and in a single click he can find out where his parcel is. (This is the most inexpensive solution for delivery in another country.)
